OrderingWhat currency do you accept?American dollars only. I live in a foreign country, can you ship to me?I ship internationally, but the buyer pays additional shipping charges. A shipping charge calculator is available on each item and a total shipping charge amount is available before purchase. Do you charge taxes?This business is located in New Hampshire, a tax-free state, so there are no taxes on any items. Do you hold items?No. Unfortunately, as is often the case with shopping in thrift/vintage stores, if you don't buy it when you see it, it most likely will not be there when you go back. I highly recommend buying an item you fall in love with right away and don't wait. I personally have missed out on many a one-of-a-kind item that way in the past. How do I place an order?Once you are on an item's individual page, there is an "add to cart" button. Click that button. It has now been added to your cart. To checkout, go to the top of the page and click "shopping cart". From here, you will see all the items in your cart. Once in your shopping cart, if you click "checkout" it will walk you through the checkout process. You will know that you have successfully checked-out because you will get an automatically generated email within Is the shopping cart/checkout system secure?Yes. I use a secure third-party check out service. I never see your account information and those services are dedicated to preventing malicious computer hackers from as well. Is my account information kept private?Yes. I will never sell your personal information. What payment methods do you accept?I will accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. I do not accept checks or cash payments. ReturnsCan I return an item I do not want?Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns except if the item was grossly misrepresented. Please be 100% sure you want the item. Please ask me any questions about an item if you have any doubt. I take a long time with each item I add to the site to ensure that every item is described in full so you can have the confidence to purchase it. ShippingDo you ship worldwide?Yes. Buyer is responsible for any and all additional charges. Tracking is mandatory, and purchasing insurance is recommended. Can I ship an order to an address other than my billing address?No, I chose to not provide this service in order to help prevent credit card fraud. How do you calculate the shipping costs?The shipping costs are based on your zip code and country and the weight of the box or envelope. Insurance is optional, but is recommended. I am not responsible for items you receive that are damaged in shipping. I ship USPS priority and Express with tracking. How fast do you ship?Whenever possible, I ship same day. Otherwise within 48 hours, if the order is placed Mon-Thurs. Orders placed Fri-Sun usually take 24 hours longer to process. All payments must be verified before any items are shipped. Items usually arrive within 5-9 days, if shipped Express 3-5 days. It has been 10 days and I have still not received my package. What should I do?When you ordered from Once Bitten Vintage you received an email confirming your purchase. This email included a tracking number. Contact USPS with that tracking number. If you do not have this email any longer feel free to contact me and I will provide it. |
